Every Signal House webhook delivery is signed with HMAC-SHA256 using a per-endpoint signing secret. Deliveries carry X-SignalHouse-Timestamp, X-SignalHouse-Signature and X-SignalHouse-Signature-V1 headers; the signature is the hex HMAC-SHA256 of "timestamp.rawBody".
